How to cancel YAZIO Pro
The steps depend on WHERE you subscribed — directly, through your phone, internet or TV provider, or in an app store. Below are all the ways this service is sold and how to end each one.
Canceling and refunds
Canceling stops renewal; you keep Pro until the paid end date. It doesn’t refund automatically, and the subscription can’t be paused or shortened. App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by Apple and Google; for website purchases Yazio describes a legal right to cancel within 14 days.
Pro period
Paid up front, renews for the same length.
Apple or Google
They manage cancellation and refunds.
Deleting isn’t canceling
Uninstalling the app or deleting your account doesn’t cancel Pro.
Google Play (Android)
Play Store → profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Yazio → Cancel subscription.
App Store (iPhone)
Cancel in your Apple ID subscriptions — Yazio can’t see or cancel App Store subscriptions.
Yazio website
Go to yazio.com/app/account, log in, find your subscription, select Cancel subscription and confirm with Unsubscribe. The status changes to Canceled with the end date. If that doesn’t work: app → Profile → Settings → Account → Subscription → Cancel subscription.
After canceling
- You won’t be charged again.
- Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Canceling doesn’t refund automatically; you can’t pause or shorten a subscription.
Changed your mind?
App Store and Google Play subscriptions can be restored there before they expire. For website subscriptions, email Yazio at least 48 hours before expiry with your invoice number.
