How to cancel Tidal

The steps depend on WHERE you subscribed — directly, through your phone, internet or TV provider, or in an app store. Below are all the ways this service is sold and how to end each one.

Canceling and refunds

You can cancel a subscription or trial at any time; access continues to the end of the billing period. Outside the UK, EU, EEA and Brazil — including the US — TIDAL doesn’t refund subscription fees.

Billed by TIDAL

Cancel at account.tidal.com or in the Android app.

Apple, Google or a carrier

Cancel and request refunds there.

Test charges

A $1 or $2 card check at sign-up drops off within 24 hours.

On the web

  1. Go to account.tidal.com and log in.
  2. Open Subscription.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.

In the TIDAL Android app

Tap the heart icon → the gear icon (top right) → Edit → Manage Subscription → Subscription → Cancel Subscription.

Apple or Google Play

If Apple or Google bills you, cancel in your Apple subscriptions or in Google Play → Subscriptions. Not sure? At account.tidal.com, the Payments tab says whether Apple or Google manages your payment.

After canceling

You keep TIDAL until the end of the current billing period. TIDAL says it doesn’t refund US subscriptions, including advance payments — so cancel before the next billing date, or before your 30-day trial ends.
