How to cancel Peacock
The steps depend on WHERE you subscribed — directly, through your phone, internet or TV provider, or in an app store. Below are all the ways this service is sold and how to end each one.
Canceling and switching plans
If you pay Peacock directly, cancel in your Account under Subscriptions → Cancel All Subscriptions; the plan won’t renew at the end of the current term. Canceling the base plan also cancels add-ons. If Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, Xfinity or another partner bills you, cancel with them.
Monthly or yearly
You can switch between monthly and annual billing; a promotional price is lost if you switch.
Through a partner
App stores and TV or phone providers manage their own billing and cancellation.
No refunds on cancellation
Peacock says no refunds or credits are issued when you cancel or downgrade Premium or Premium Plus, unless required by law.
If you pay Peacock directly
- Sign in to your Peacock account.
- Select Cancel All Subscriptions.
- Follow the steps and confirm.
You’ll see a confirmation on screen and get a confirmation email, which can take a few hours. Your plan won’t renew at the end of its current term.
Cancel All Subscriptions cancels your base plan — Select, Premium or Premium Plus — and every add-on, such as a regional sports network or Starz. Add-ons can’t exist without a base plan.
Removing only an add-on
- Sign in to your account.
- On the Subscriptions tab, select the add-on.
- Select Remove Add-On and confirm.
The add-on won’t renew at the end of its current term; your base plan stays.
If someone else bills you
If you subscribed through Apple, Google Play, Roku, Amazon, Xfinity, Spectrum, Verizon, DIRECTV or another partner, Peacock can’t cancel it — cancel with that company. If Peacock came included with another service or product, contact that company.
Not sure who bills you? After signing in, the Payment Method section on the Subscriptions tab shows it. If you don’t see Cancel All Subscriptions, a third party may bill you.
Refunds
Peacock says no refunds or credits are issued when you cancel or downgrade Premium or Premium Plus, unless required by law.
