How to cancel Lifesum Premium

The steps depend on WHERE you subscribed — directly, through your phone, internet or TV provider, or in an app store. Below are all the ways this service is sold and how to end each one.

Renewal, canceling and refunds

Premium renews automatically. Cancel on the platform where you bought it, at least 3 days before renewal. Refunds must be requested within 14 days of purchase; Lifesum says consenting to use Premium during the withdrawal period removes the right to withdraw.

Website or Paddle

Contact Lifesum within 14 days for a refund.

Apple, Google or Samsung

They handle cancellations and refunds.

Data is safe

Expiring Premium doesn’t delete your tracked data or saved recipes.

Cancel at least 3 days before renewal

Lifesum recommends canceling at least three days in advance so it’s processed in time.

App Store (iPhone)

App Store → your account → Subscriptions → Lifesum → Cancel Subscription.

Google Play (Android)

Play Store → your account → Payments and subscriptions → the Lifesum subscription → Cancel subscription.

On lifesum.com

Log in → Manage Subscription → Cancel subscription.

Paddle

If Paddle is on your receipt (often from an Instagram or Facebook ad), go to paddle.net, choose Look up my purchase and use the email you paid with.

Refunds

Request within 14 days of purchase — through Apple, Google or Samsung for store purchases, or by contacting Lifesum with your receipt for website and PayPal purchases. Canceling alone doesn’t refund; it only stops renewal.
