How to cancel Garmin Connect+
The steps depend on WHERE you subscribed — directly, through your phone, internet or TV provider, or in an app store. Below are all the ways this service is sold and how to end each one.
Activating and managing
You select and activate Connect+ in the Garmin Connect app. The free trial is for first-time subscribers. If you cancel, Active Intelligence insights stop after the subscription end date — the free Garmin Connect features remain.

Free Garmin Connect keeps recording your activities and health stats.
Bought from Garmin
- Sign in to your Garmin account.
- Follow the cancellation instructions for Connect+.
Garmin’s subscription terms say cancellation takes effect at the end of your current subscription term. Cancel at least one day before the last day of the term — otherwise it renews automatically.
Can’t sign in?
Email GarminServicesBilling@garmin.com with the email address of your Garmin account and the billing address used for the subscription. Garmin says a request sent this way can take two business days or more to take effect, so don’t leave it to the last day.
Bought in the App Store or Google Play
Follow your app store’s cancellation steps — for those purchases, the store’s terms on cancellation and refunds take precedence over Garmin’s.
What you keep
Active Intelligence insights and the other Connect+ features stop after the subscription ends. The free Garmin Connect app keeps recording your activities and health stats, and the features that were free before Connect+ stay free.
